London-based property disputes solicitor Rachael McConaghie has specialised in property disputes for over 10 years. She advises on all facets of property litigation including nuisance claims, service charge disputes, possession proceedings, property related professional negligence claims, breach of covenant cases, insolvency, dilapidation claims and applications for consent to assign, as well as the interpretation and enforcement of Lease covenants.
Acting for both Landlords and Tenants, Rachael has particular experience in all aspects of Part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 in relation to both contested and uncontested Lease renewals. She also advises on all aspects of residential property litigation.
Rachael is a member of The Property Litigation Association and was Chairman of the south-east branch of the National Association of Women in Property in 2010-11.
