Employment Partner Mark Fellows advises both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and has a particular interest in employment litigation.
He has substantial experience of advocacy in Employment Tribunals, advocating at full hearings in relation to claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination, deductions from wages, breach of contract, TUPE and claims brought under the Working Time Regulations. Mark has experience working with businesses across numerous sectors including recruitment agencies.
Mark conducts seminars on developments in employment law, as well as providing in-house training to clients and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Mark joined Sherrards in July 2008, from an in-house role with BT plc and is now a partner and head of the employment team. Having spent much of his career in-house Mark has a real understanding of actual business requirements and offers commercial and pragmatic advice tailored to the needs of clients’ businesses.
