Katherine joined Sherrards in February 2018 and is a solicitor based in the corporate commercial team. She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters including acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, shareholders’ agreements and commercial supply agreements.
Since joining Sherrards, Katherine has developed a specialism in advising on data protection matters and the practical implications of the GDPR. She has a particular interest in advising clients based outside of the EU, in developing markets such as China and India, on their data protection obligations when carrying out business in the UK.
Prior to joining Sherrards, Katherine trained and qualified at a boutique commercial law firm in the West-End, specialising in advising entrepreneurs and SMEs on all commercial matters.
Outside of the office Katherine is keen musician and is a cellist in a symphony orchestra based in North-West London.
