Geraldine is a partner in the corporate commercial department. She is dual qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and an Avocat au Barreau de Paris.

She specialises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial law and corporate finance. She acts for both owner-managed businesses, investors, multinational companies and financial institutions in the UK and abroad on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including construction law.

Her clients include major French groups and are generally quoted on Euronext.

She is the main contact for French-speaking clients of the firm for all business legal issues. Geraldine is dual-qualified in England and France, and is a regular speaker on international legal and business issues.

She has a specialisation in corporate finance and advised on numerous flotations and placings on AIM, ISDX and the Official List of UK, French, American and South East Asian clients.

She practised as an in-house counsel in the IT and construction/utility industries. She is the “go-to” lawyer of general counsels, HR managers and finance directors on all aspects of their businesses including corporate, commercial, IT/IP, employment, property and litigation matters.

She has been named as a foreign legal expert in M&A for French clients in Chambers Global 2019.

Geraldine also sits on the advisory council for The French Chamber of Great Britain.

In her spare time, Geraldine is a keen competitive sailor and a rugby fan.
