As part of Sherrards’ continuing expansion plans, the firm has relocated offices in St Albans with effect from 30 May, having moved from Grosvenor Road to larger premises in Beaconsfield Road, which is next to St Albans City train station.
This follows a successful move of Sherrards’ London office last year when the firm relocated to the City of London following significant growth of the London-based team.
The new St Albans premises is situated next to the train station enhancing accessibility and travel between Sherrards’ St Albans and London offices, offering over twenty percent more space than the firm’s current office. This increased space, coupled with more meeting rooms and a contemporary open plan office layout, is designed to enable Sherrards’ staff and clients to work more effectively and collaboratively.
Alasdair McMillin, Managing Partner at Sherrards, comments: “This is our second office move in the space of a year, and it is an extremely exciting time for us as it is symbolic of our growth as a firm. The new premises are not only ideally placed to bridge the gap between our two office locations, but it also gives us the space to grow as we continue our expansion."

We are excited to open new doors to our clients, staff, friends and contacts at Beaconsfield Road.”
The offices are not the only sign of expansion at the firm. Over the past year, the Sherrards team has increased significantly, having recruited over 20 new members of staff and opened three new international teams for French, Russian and German-speaking clients. In addition, the firm recently introduced new Residential Property Partner, Asha Ngai, who started in January.
