Claire is a commercial property solicitor based in the firm's St Albans office. She advises on general commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, site acquisitions and disposals and development work. She has particular knowledge of retail and industrial work. Claire also acts for lenders on development loans and major industrial and investment funds.
