Ben is a lawyer in our employment team advising both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. He has a particular interest in resolving and minimising the effects of workplace disputes. Ben has experience advising on all aspects and stages of the employment relationship from ‘start-up’ and recruitment to dismissal. He advises on general day-to-day employee relations and human resource matters such as absence management, performance management and conduct issues representing both employers and employees in Employment Tribunal claims. Ben also advises both employers and employees in relation to all types of workplace contracts, including settlement agreements.
