Commercial Property

Commercial property is a niche strength of our firm. The respected Chambers legal guide states that our solicitors are 'straightforward and easy to deal with', are ‘cost-effective and knowledgeable', and bring a 'commercial, common-sense approach' (Chambers UK 2015).

We take an entrepreneurial and commercial approach to our work and most of the Commercial Property Solicitors and Partners have a City or West End background.

The full range of commercial property work is undertaken including development, investment, acquisitions and disposals, and asset management. We have a particular specialism in serving retail and investment property businesses, but act for many long-standing and high profile clients across a broad range or sectors including franchising.

We regard the understanding of a client's business as a key and essential means to delivering an effective service, resulting in high levels of client retention and repeat business. Clients value our 'willingness to get to the point quickly and to engage with the other side to reach a sensible conclusion (Chambers 2012).

To keep our clients up to date on developments and trends, and enable you to make valuable contacts in the local commercial property market, we run three property events a year with Lambert Smith Hampton and WMT accountants under our Real Estate Around London brand.
