Imelda Reddington

Imelda is a Solicitor specialising in Immigration law who joined Sherrards in April 2012. Imelda began her legal training with MLS Chase after a long career with a major international services organisation where she was Project Manager for EMEA projects.

She has considerable experience in Commercial Immigration for international companies. Over the last few years Imelda’s main focus has been obtaining sponsorship licences for international clients and advising on the most appropriate routes to transfer, or employ, migrant workers.

Imelda’s experience has shown that the most common routes for international clients are Tier 1 for investors and Tier 2 for Intra Company Transferring employees or non-EU workers with a job offer. She also deals with clients opting for the business visitor route, which offers a solution to clients requiring short term skills transfer or one-off training.

Imelda has successfully conducted appeals through the Immigration Tribunal.
