Dawn deals with a wide range of commercial and residential property and commercial law. She has a particular interest in all aspects of franchising and retail property.

Dawn has 20 years experience of handling heavyweight property transactions of a commercial nature and deals with a range of international corporate clients. She has substantial experience within the hire, motor and transport sectors.

In addition, Dawn deals with high end residential property cases for corporate clients, providing an excellent level of client care.

Dawn joined Sherrards in 2011 when her previous firm Staal & Staal merged with Sherrards. Dawn splits her time between the London and St Albans offices.
