Keith has over 35 years' legal experience in the City and covers all areas of company and commercial work, including business start-ups, acquisition and disposals, joint ventures, agency/distribution arrangements and public company transactions.

He has advised on numerous flotations on AIM, the PLUS market, the Official List of the London Stock Exchange and various overseas markets. He advises those seeking a listing and those already listed. He acts for stockbrokers and nominated advisors on company director duties, regulatory matters, take-overs and mergers, rights issues and related party transactions.

Keith serves as a non-executive Director of both a UK AIM listed company and an Indian public company quoted on the Mumbai Stock Exchange. He acts as Company Secretary or non-executive Director to a number of private companies. Keith also holds a corporate Finance qualification from ICAEW and is Editor of the UK section of the Compendium of International Corporate Law.
