Claire advises on general commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, site acquisitions and disposals and development work. She has particular knowledge of retail and industrial work having acted for tenants taking retail space in a large number of town centre and shopping centres throughout the UK and for landlords and tenants in both city office moves and industrial/ office park lettings.

Claire also acts for lenders on development loans and major industrial and investment funds. Her investment experience includes acquisitions and disposals of both development sites and occupied trade parks and town developments together with advising on the property aspects of corporate asset sales and purchases.

Claire joined Sherrards in 2009 from a major city firm, having previously worked with a niche healthcare law firm.

When not in the office she is a keen runner, rider and skier and has completed several triathlons.
